Connect Plato Medical

When a lead books an appointment in Plato, Whapture marks it Qualified. When their invoice is finalised, it's marked Closed with the billed amount, and repeat invoices add to the value. We match by phone and email only and never store patient records.

   In Plato, go to System Setup → General Settings → API.

   Note the database name shown there, then click Generate API key and copy it.

   In Whapture, open Settings → Integrations, enter both in the Plato card and click Connect.

   Important: everyone currently logged into Plato must log out and back in once. Until they do, their actions won't sync.
